BETTS addresses this gap by enabling universities, colleges, research

Our role under BHARAT TECH-SHAKTI MISSION is purely advisory and knowledge-driven.
We do not execute projects as vendors. Instead, we guide institutions and
ecosystems in:
- Creating strong business cases and DPRs
- Designing Centres of Excellence and future-skills
programs
- Mapping skills to emerging industry job roles
- Structuring initiatives that are credible,
compliant, and approval-ready
Through this approach, we also help industry and companies access a
pipeline of talent trained for emerging roles in AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity,
Robotics, IoT, and Deep Tech.
